LLM Monitoring

Monitoring several language models at once for brand mentions, sentiment and citations – e.g. with GeoStars across 5 platforms.

Why a single test tells you nothing
Large language models answer probabilistically: the same question gives you different brands today than tomorrow. A one-off self-test in ChatGPT is therefore not a measurement but a snapshot. LLM monitoring sends defined prompts repeatedly and automatically to several AI systems and aggregates the answers into solid values – only then do trends, effects of GEO measures and competitor movements become visible.
What good LLM monitoring covers
Four dimensions count: mention (does the brand appear?), position (first or tenth?), sentiment (positive, neutral, critical?) and citation (is your own website linked as a source?). On top of that comes the competitor comparison via the Share of Voice. GeoStars measures these values daily across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot – in one dashboard instead of five separate tools.
